Initial Client Meeting
Paira's goal is to create to the best solution for our clients. Therefore during the initial client meeting our main focus is to come to an understanding of how we can help our client. After gaining a real understanding of our client's needs and goals, we provide our clients with a clear idea of how we can carry out these solutions.
Proposal
Before we begin any project, we provide our client with a proposal that outlines exactly what our plan is for them. This document is also used for pricing information. We want our customers to have a thorough understanding of exactly what we are doing for them, and the amount of time that this should take. Upon approval of the proposal we move on to our next step.
Content Consoltation and submission
In order to begin designing, we need to become familiar with the content of the site. Before we start designing mockups we help customers to come up with a plan for dividing up their content for their web site. After giving the client advice on how to manage their content, we provide them with a content submittal form, and SEO submittal form. We will also create an exclusive username and password which will allow you to log in to our customer support section. This section is in place to allow you submit updates, changes and questions regarding your project. When Paira receives all of the clients content, we build a site map for the customer. This will map out all of the information to be included in the web site. After we finish the site map we send it to our client and make sure that the site will be organized in a manner that deems appropriate to them.
Mockup
After approval of the site map, we begin making a mockup of the web site. This is a graphical representation of what the customer's web site will look like. We do this in order for our clientele to see exactly what the site is going to look like when the project is completed. When this mockup is approved, we continue to the next step.
Build Out
After we finish the mockup and the client knows what the site will look like, we begin building the actual site. This is what we call the build out. At this point we implement our SEO techniques and programming to make the site as user friendly as possible. After building the site out, we will send the client a hidden link that is the working site. When the client gives us the approval we move to the next step, launch.
Launch
Launching, simply means moving the files, settings and database structure to our server which allows the rest of the world to see your web site. At this point you and your customers can access your site with the domain you have chosen.
Post Launch Review
One of our main goals at Paira is to not only build our client a web site that they are happy with, but for our clients to keep a web site that they are happy with. Four months after the launch, we schedule a post launch review, to review SEO rankings and consult our clients in what we can do to better them.
